Louisa Bamford-Payne

Founder & CEO

The founder of Earth Angels, Louisa, is a commercially astute Design professional.

Having graduated with a degree in Design, Louisa rapidly rose to a Design Director role and was a Board Director by the age of 28. During this time, Louisa’s commercial design skills and her ability to manage production lines led to her personally over-seeing production for multiple projects in several countries including factories in Turkey and China.

Louisa owned and operated a boutique Interior Design company in Dubai for 12+ years specialising in upmarket private residence projects from refurbishments to Interiors and new builds.

She works closely with clients, Architects and Consultants in Dubai, the UK and Portugal on leading Concept Design work for mixed use developments & hospitality projects, including new hospitality and resort developments.

We are now based in Portugal but continue to work on projects Internationally as well as across Portugal.

Jeremy Payne

COO

Our Chief Operating Officer, Jeremy, has a background of Senior Management in 5 star Hospitality.

He started his career in Sales, Marketing & Revenue Management and rapidly transitioned to the management of 5 star hotels, becoming known for his ability to transform under-performing properties.

Whilst in Dubai he became interested in the Management of the development lifecycle of new projects, with a focus on project leadership, planning, space programming & design team management.

Jeremy has worked with renown International Architects as a Project Principal, Hospitality Programming and Planning Lead, working relationships that continue to this day.

Before joining Earth Angels, Jeremy was COO of a 'Built Environment' advanced future materials R&D company in the UK.
